To ensure that nothing stands in the way of your comfort at work, our workplaces are equipped with ergonomic chairs and, for the most part, height-adjustable desks.
We offer you health consultations in our modern medical care centre directly on the campus in Gescher. Whether you want to take advantage of preventive health measures, need acute help such as addiction counselling or need support with everyday issues such as nutrition and sport – we are here for you! If you urgently need an appointment with a specialist, you can benefit from our fast appointment service.
If you have a concern that needs to be dealt with in confidence, we offer you a central point of contact for discreet counselling. This low-threshold counselling service gives you the opportunity to discuss your concerns with someone you trust. If further steps arise from this conversation, this initial contact can give you an orientation about our wide range of internal counselling services. We will also be happy to help you make contact with our internal coaches or our company psychologist. Appointments and discussions are of course confidential.
Do you have a new prescription and need to pick something up from the pharmacy? Then run over quickly and pick it up! Our company doctor is also based at our campus in Gescher and supports us, if necessary, in the event of accidents and emergencies in the company and provides first aid.
As your well-being is important to us and we want you to be well protected against pathogens at all times, we have annual vaccinations carried out by our company doctor free of charge.
Our employees are organised into various sports groups. Whether you are a fine or gross motorist, runner, cyclist or footballer – there is guaranteed to be something for everyone.

We care – even for the little ones. The compatibility of family and career is a matter close to our hearts, which is why we have had a daycare centre directly on the d.velop campus in Gescher since 2019. The campus childcare centre serves children aged between ten months and six years as a living and learning space where children and adults can set out on a journey to grow together and with each other. The educational concept is based on Emmi Pikler’s and Maria Montessori’s early childhood pedagogy.
We also care about the future of our d.velopers. That’s why we offer you an attractive company pension scheme at the end of your probationary period. We not only pay part of your gross salary into the company pension scheme, but also subsidise your own contribution.
We have great confidence in our d.velopers. Even when it comes to working hours. An appointment during your lunch break, a trip to the doctor or hairdresser – no problem. It is important to us that you master your tasks and not in what time frame.

If you need a change of scenery, you can always work from one of our office spaces in Gescher, Münster, Osnabrück, Salem on Lake Constance, Kiel, Meppen, Bocholt, Schöppingen or Paderborn.
Whether at home or on site at one of our office spaces. You decide what’s best for you, your location and your lifestyle and work from wherever you like best!
Our hardware is of a high standard. And you can also use it privately! You get a complete set of equipment for your home office.
At our campus in Gescher, you can use the e-charging stations free of charge to promote sustainable mobility. The use is uncomplicated: As an electric vehicle owner, you can charge your car during your stay without incurring any additional costs.
To make your start with us as easy as possible, we will provide you with an individual onboarding plan with customised focus areas, e-learning and cross-team exchange formats. Even before your first day at work, we would like to sweeten your start with a lovingly put together welcome pack full of little surprises. We will also provide you with one of our experienced d.velopers to support you in word and deed during your first few weeks. To give you the chance to receive and/or give feedback, we will invite you to regular feedback meetings during your probationary period.
Retrospectives enable our teams to reflect on their actions in a guided manner and take small steps together to optimise their collaboration. If required, our agile coaches also provide teams with intensive support over several months and help them to implement agile methods. We live innovation. And so that everyone can see this, our d.velopers are regularly allowed to present their ideas and projects to the assembled workforce. We provide a stage and plenty of curious faces for this.
The d.velop tech con is a two-day event that takes place annually and brings our developers together. Finding solutions to current challenges together and the latest developments and trends in the technical world are the topics of discussion here.
Apprentice benefits
Supported and promoted right from the start




To get to know the apprentice in your year group and get the necessary input for a successful work experience, your apprenticeship starts with three to four apprentice induction weeks. This will also make it easier for you to start your day-to-day work.
As a dual student, you will be given a total of 70 study days for the 3.5-year degree programme, which you can use to study. This allows you to optimally prepare for exams and written tests.
To help our apprentices get to know each other even better, we organise a apprentice trip once a year – planned by you for you! The main thing is that you have fun – whether it’s karting, a ski course or a trip to the theme park.
To travel to vocational school or university, you are welcome to hire a pool car free of charge. These are available for you at our locations and can be used by you at any time if they are free.
