Teamwork
Our strength lies in our synergy and team dynamics
Our teams focus on products, solutions and apps. The teams are made up of UX Designer, Product Owners and Software Development Engineers. Programming and testing are handled within the teams themselves, as we follow a continuous deployment approach. A flawless, high-performing, and stable operation of our software is just as important to us as the further development of our products.
In their daily meetings, the teams plan how their workday will unfold. During sprint planning, the sprint for the next two weeks is determined. Comprehensive planning of IT projects also ensures that we can always work with focus. In retrospectives, our teams learn from the past and apply the insights gained to future tasks.
We design and develop our products and solutions with the customer in mind. Customer satisfaction in their daily use of our software and the goal of continuously improving these experiences in quick cycles are deeply embedded in our DNA.
