Flexible working – from induction to everyday life
Are you starting from home and becoming a virtual part of d.velop? We also have good experience in training new colleagues remotely. Regardless of whether you start from your home office or on site, you are directly part of the team. Whether it’s induction days, workshops or training – you don’t have to miss out on anything, even online.
Of course, we will send your hardware to your home in advance. So you’ll be perfectly equipped from your first day at work. Last but not least, our own software enables us to work together across office doors and local borders. Your personalised induction plan gives you an overview of what’s coming up next and how you’re progressing at all times.
Of course, we understand that a new working day, new knowledge and new colleagues are quite a lot of new things. To ensure that you always have a contact person, you will be assigned an experienced d.veloper at your side. This will give you an initial insight and allow you to ask any questions you may have. Our teams are always ready to listen, whether on site or virtually. You can also expect to meet your entire team on your first day at work.
