Our Culture

I would describe the culture at d.velop as open, trusting and collegial. As d.velopers, we support each other and share knowledge and ideas – regardless of hierarchy, experience or age. Every opinion counts, and anyone who wants to make a difference is given the space and trust to do so.

What makes me proud

In our product development department, we always start with the customer’s perspective. Based on customer needs, we develop technologies that make our customers’ everyday work easier and more efficient. This customer focus drives us to remain curious, try new things and promote innovation where it is most beneficial. And that is exactly what motivates me every day.

Working internationally

Working with our colleagues from other countries, such as Romania, Austria and the United Kingdom, is extremely exciting and enriching. Their different perspectives allow us to learn a lot from each other, both professionally and culturally. I am convinced that this diversity ultimately helps us achieve better results.

Values that drive me

Trust, responsibility and openness. I had the opportunity to take on responsibility at d.velop at an early stage. New ideas and approaches are not only welcome, but explicitly encouraged. We have various formats that allow scope for creativity and the exchange of ideas. Every individual, regardless of experience and position, is given the opportunity and trust to actively contribute.

My location

Even though you might not expect it, there is a small Silicon Valley here in western Münsterland. In Gescher, we have a modern IT campus with excellent infrastructure and other neighboring IT companies. For me, the d.velop campus is above all a place for meeting and collaborating – from shared breakfast breaks to after-work workouts at the gym.
